Nice but missing something
I thought this song was well made, however to me it's lacking something. I'm a big Fan of the early 3rd wave Ska bands like Catch 22/Streetlight Manifesto, Reel Big Fish, Saving Ferris. In these bands i notice that their bassists create some solid grooves to keep the song going. I don't know if it's my speakers or what but in my opinion this song was lacking a good bassline.
I was going to let our bassist respond to this review, but it's been so long, I'll just go ahead and do it for him. I don't know if he has another explanation, but I know for a fact that we've had some really poor mixes in the past, this included. The only decent recordings we've ever had are the ones we're doing ourselves right now, since we're a lot more willing than the studio guys to put in the time to make it sound good. It's most likely a balance issue, because Drew ROCKS the bass live. :P
Smooth
I really like this song. It had a great beat but was also really smooth. The smoothness to the song in my opinion definitely makes this song very high quality R&B. Keep it up!
It was Good
I liked it but i think the drums were too loud and they overshadowed the guitar. good job though.

Wow i don't really know what to say that was incredible. I want to ask, what equipment/programs did you use to make this. I'd really like to know. and again fantastic job.
